- Supportive Services
- Leadership Development
- Summer Employment
- Adult Mentoring
- Comprehensive Guidance & Counseling
- 12-Month Follow-up
Leadership:
- Leadership Development Opportunities - Including community services and
peer-oriented activities.
- Supportive Services-Transportation, Childcare and Clothing
Vouchers to qualified individuals and referrals to other agencies
for support as needed.
- Follow-Up Services-All youth customers receive follow-up
services for a minimum for 12 months.
- Comprehensive Guidance and Counseling
- Adult Mentoring-Provided to assist and motivate youth during
the time enrolled and at least 12 months after.
- Further Assessment-Provide further assessment and/or referrals
to specialized assessment including assessment for learning where
indicated
